All participants will have accommodation in hotel Geovita, unless otherwise requested. Hotel costs include board and lodging for the full duration of the School and should be paid directly to the hotel upon check in. Major credit card accepted.
As the number of single rooms is limited, we kindly ask you to choose double room accommodation indicating a room mate, if possible. Participants insisting on a single room may be accommodated in nearby hotels within a 10-15 min. walk from the conference venue. However, the hotel costs will be certainly higher.
Young scientists up to 4 years after Ph.D. are requested to provide a recommendation letter (mail) from a senior scientist from their institution.
Young researchers are encouraged to present a 20 min. talk related to the main topics of the School. Selection Committee will announce successful applicants in May.
