DESCRIPTION:In protest against the invasion of Russia (with the support of
  Belarus) on an independent and sovereign territory and the people of Ukra
 ine\, on March 1\, 2022\, Poland suspended scientific collaboration with t
 he Russian Federation. Following the decision of the Rector of the Jagiell
 onian University\, which suspends cooperation with Russian universities an
 d research centers\, submissions from authors affiliated with institutions
  from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus will be rejected.
